Analysis of The Effect of Customer Bonding on Customer Loyalty GB Boutique Salon & SPA

This study aims to: 1) describe the variables of Customer Bonding and Customer Loyalty; 2) to analyze and describe the influence of Customer Bonding on Customer Loyalty of GB Boutique Salon & Spa. The sampling technique used is Simple Random Sampling. The number of samples in this study was 100 customers of GB Boutique Salon and Spa. Primary data collection uses a questionnaire technique, while secondary data collection uses interview and documentation techniques. The analysis technique includes descriptive statistical analysis and inferential analysis using a simple linear regression model. Descriptive analysis based on the attitude and assessment of respondents to the condition of the Customer Bonding variable shows achievements in the "High" assessment category, and Customer Loyalty shows achievements in the "High" assessment category. Simple linear regression analysis proves that Customer Bonding has a significant effect on Customer Loyalty to GB Boutique Salon & Spa. Based on the results of the descriptive analysis obtained, it is suggested that GB Boutique Salon & Spa needs a strategy to participate more with customers which will also increase customer loyalty.
