The Effect of Employee Relation, Organizational Culture, and Communication in Employee’s Effectivity in The Ministry of Religion (Case Study of Civil Servants in East Jakarta Region)

Synopsis

Procurement of good communication makes a harmonious relationship and lack of miss communication and organizational culture as the basis of support for how the vision and mission of employees. In this case, this is important to analyze what things can have an impact on employee performance so that organizational performance will be better. The research method used quantitative method with 58 respondents. The data were collected using stratified random sampling. Data collection techniques in this study is questionnaires. The method used is multiple linear regression. The result of this study indicate that employee relation, organizational culture, and communication it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between communication on employee performance at Ministry of Religion in East Jakarta. Indicated by the level of significance
0,000 < 0,05 and R square of 76,9% of employee performance can be explained by
independent variables of employee relation, organizational culture, and communication.
