The Impact of PT Indihome's Strategy: Work Environment, Discipline, and Compensation on The Performance of Local Employees Bogor Branch

Synopsis

This research aims to examine the impact of PT Indihome’s strategy on PT Infomedia Nusantara Bogor as a local partner. This analysis used independent variables: work environment, discipline, and compensation, whereas dependent variable was employees performance. The samples taken as many as 122 employees of call center division. The data collected by distributing online questionnaire and processed by using SPSS version 26. It was analyzed using statistical method of multiple linear regression. The results showed that (1) work environment variables have a positive and significant effect on performance, (2) compensation has a positive and significant effect on performance and (3) compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work environment, Work Discipline, and Compensation together (simultaneously) also have a significant effect on employee performance. The coefficient of determination test resulted in an Adjusted R Square of 96 percent which indicates a strong correlation between the dependent variable, namely emplyee performance with the independent variables, namely work environment, discipline, and compensation. The remaining 4 percent are influenced by other variables aside from this study. It means that PT Indihome’s strategy succeed empower Bogor people as local partner, especialy in facilitating information comunication
technology optimaliztion.
