Synopsis

This research is associative research that explains the causal relationship between the variables Perceived Organizational Support (POS) on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) in employees at Sotis Hotel Kupang. The purpose of this study is to describe the Perceived Organizational Support and Organizational Citizenship Behavior of employees at Sotis Hotel Kupang and to know the effect of Perceived Organizational Support on the Organizational Citizenship Behavior of employees at Sotis Hotel Kupang. From the results of the analysis of research data, the correlation value between Perceived Organizational Support and Organizational Citizenship Behavior is 0.271 with a significance of 0.05. The results of this study indicate that Perceived Organizational Support has a positive and
significant effect on the Organizational Citizenship Behavior of employees at Sotis Hotel Kupang. Thus the hypothesis in this study is accepted, namely, there is a relationship between Perceived Organizational Support and Organizational Citizenship Behavior of Sotis Hotel Kupang employees.
