Impact of Work from Home and Online Meeting Apps on Employee Performance

The research objective is to determine the impact of Work from Home (WFH) and Online Meeting Apps on Employee Performance at the Tourism Agency of Gorontalo Province. The technique of data collection uses a questionnaire where the populations are all employees at the Tourism Agency of Gorontalo Province or 81 people. In the meantime, the samples are all employees too, where they have been determined by using total sampling. The analysis in this study uses linear regression. The research finding indicates that: 1) partially, the Work from Home (WFH) does not effect the employee affectmance; 2) partially, the Online Meeting Apps impacts the Employee Performance, and 3) Simultaneously, the WFH and Online Meeting Apps have an effect on employee performance
