Synopsis

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style, work motivation, and
organizational culture on employee performance in the Department Development of OJK Supervision and Management. The method used in the research is the descriptive analysis method. The tool analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS. The results of this study indicate that the style of leadership, work motivation, and organizational culture have a significant effect on employee performance.
