The effect of Workload and Work Stress on Work Productivity

This study aims to determine the effect of workload and work stress on employee
productivity at PT. Millennium Agroindo Celebes during the Covid-19 pandemic. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire with a population of PT. Millennium Agroindo Celebes, totaling 47 employees. The sampling applies total sampling, in which all of the population are used as samples. The analytical tests include instrument tests, classical assumption tests, hypothesis testing, and linear regression test. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the workload partially did not have a significant effect on work productivity, while work stress had a significant effect on work productivity. Simultaneously workload and work stress affect the work productivity of employees at PT. Millennium Agroindo Celebes.
