Analysis of The Effect of Per Capita Income, Open Unemployment Rate, and Education Level on The Human Development Index in 2015 – 2019

This study aims to determine how much influence per capita income, open unemployment rate and education level have on the human development index in Indonesia. This study uses quantitative methods and the data used in the study are panel data combined with time series data and cross section data. The data sources used are secondary data in the form of per capita income data, open unemployment rates and education levels from 34 provinces in Indonesia in 2015-2019 sourced from the central statistical agency and journals as supporters. The results of this study indicate that the variable income per capita has a positive and can explain significantly the human development index during the 2015-2019 period. The open unemployment rate has a negative effect and can be explained
significantly on the human development index during the 2015-2019 period. education level has a positive and significant effect on the human development index during the 2015-2019 period.
